JJ Vance Summer Internship

The JJ Vance Memorial Summer Internship in Biological and Computational Sciences has been a huge success since moving from North Carolina in 2002 to the University of Miami in 2007. With approximately 80% of the former interns choosing college majors in the biological and computational sciences field, the program continues to gain momentum moving into 2017. Many students return to visit their mentors and former research teams throughout the years, while some even return to work on summer projects. Former JJ Vance interns have moved on to attend a plethora of different colleges and universities including:
